Programming 2021 Update

We are excited to return to modified programming in 2021. Although we do not have a start date for programming, here are 2 of the programs we will be offering.
$120 for 30 minute lessons, weekly for 4 weeks
No horsemanship sessions
Private or semiprivate (if numbers allow and distance can be maintained)
Riders must provide individuals as leadline people or sidewalkers if the rider requires
Those individuals must
Be in the same household
Be the same individual week to week
Register as volunteers (although they will not required to provide vulnerable sector screening)
Complete the necessary training
Sidewalker complete module 1 online
Leadline person complete module 1 and 2 online and show ability to keep horse under control and lead safely
All new therapeutic riding/driving riders must fill out the online rider information form and have a physician complete the medical form in paper format. An onsite assessment is completed once all paperwork is received. Riders can not register for a lesson time until onsite assessment is completed.
All returning therapeutic riding/driving riders must fill out the online rider information. Please contact Angie to see if you need an updated medical form filled out.
Registration for ride times will be announced once provincial restrictions are eased.
Lesson times will be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 5 and 7 pm
2. Adult Relax and Ride
$160 for 1 hour lessons weekly for 4 weeks
Maximum of 4 riders in a lesson
Includes horsemanship and riding, focusing on recreation and horse/human bond
Program in geared toward riders with little to no experience with horses and riding
Registration for ride times will be announced once provincial restriction are eased.
Lesson times will be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday 7-8pm
